Last night Trimsaran welcomed Betws to Caeffair, Betws took a 13-0 half time lead with Trim making alot of mistakes and Betws strong defence holding the home side out.
Trim came back into it in the second half and scored a try early on though second row Lee Thomas. With only 10 minutes left in the game it was still 13-5 to the visitors but Trim give themselves a lifeline when winger Callum McCormack scored his teams 2nd try, It went down to the wire and Betws were down to 13 men which left Trim a golden oppurtunity as Callum McCormack scored the winning try in the corner to secure a victory for his team.
Another home victory following on from our victory vs Amman United last weekend. We have 2 league games remaining and both are at home vs Llandybie this Saturday 4th May and Llandeilo on Saturday 18th May before we face Nantgaredig in the West Wales Plate final
