Trimsaran travelled to Llangadog for the second successive week , this time in the league as the Green and Blacks looked to continue their form from the cup win last weekend in the league. 

It proved to be a thrilling game with Llangadog scoring 6 tries to Trimsarans 4 tries. Trimsaran trailed Llangadog by 33-26 after leading at half time by 26-12 but as Llangadog scored 3 unanswered tries it seemed that it woke Trim up as with only 10 minutes remaining and trailing by 7 the green and blacks scored 2 tries in 2 minutes to be leading 38-33 with the game drawing to a close. Llangadog thought they got over the line in the last 2 minutes to draw level but some superb close defending held the home team up and they were awarded the scrum 5 meters out and the ref called last play. Llangadog knew they had to give it their all if they were going to give themselves a chance of victory and eventhough Trim had the upper hand in the scrums most of the game, Llangadog manaaged to turn the screw on the visitors and drove Trim over the line and scored their 6th try of the game to draw level. They missed the conversion and the ref blew up with the final score 38-38 to end a thrilling game.
