This coming Saturday we start our delayed league programme with a tough visit to Amman United. Our last game before the pandemic was also away to Amman where we lost convincingly so the boys will be looking to put in a better performance this time around against what is always a tough opposition.
We had a great campaign in the group stages of the National Bowl competition winning all 6 of our games against Bynea, New Dock Stars and Furnace to progress to the next round of the competition where we will play Usk in January.
We put in a good performance vs Kidwelly in a friendly last Thursday night where we lost 24-15 but took an early 15-0 lead with the boys starting the game on fire before a few key subs by Kidwelly changed the game in their favour.
Should be a great game this Saturday and we hope as many of you as possible can make the journey to Amman United to get behind the boys, kick off is at 2.30pm
