This coming Wednesday night at 7pm we travel to Nantgaredig as we face Lampeter Town RFC in the West Wales Plate Semi Finals. 

We have made the semi finals courtesy of finishing 2nd in the overall standings and play Lampeter who finished in 3rd spot. The other semi final is being contested between Abercrave and Tumble on Tuesday night. 

Last time we played in the West Wales plate knockout stages we won the competition when we beat Nantgaredig 28-25 in May 2019 to secure our first silverware in 20 years. We are the current holders of the Plate as the seaons after this were ended early due to Covid-19. So this is the first time the Plate has been contested in 3 years and the boys will be looking to replicate their success from May 2019 and lift the West Wales Plate again! 

Lampeter will provide very tough opposition as they currently sit in 3rd spot in Division 3 West A having only lost 1 league game this season.
